Launching Sovren Creator Network™ Guild: A Guild for a New Work Era

Launching Sovren Creator Network™ Guild: A Guild for a New Work Era

What if the most valuable career move you could make wasn’t on a job board, but in a guild?

We are living in a liminal space—a profound shift where traditional career paths are dissolving, and a new world of work is being born from creativity and connection. In this space, old, closed networks no longer serve us, and algorithm-driven platforms cannot give us what we truly need: genuine community and sovereign strategy.

“The system has been designed to keep us working forever. I am here to suggest we build a collective of our very own.”

In this final launch broadcast of Sovren Spotlight, I, Lita Goddess of Growth, lay the foundation for a new era of creator autonomy. We are navigating a period of great shift where traditional degrees and government-levelled playing fields are no longer enough to guarantee a legacy. As the Anchor of Sovren Creator Network, I have architected this Creator Network Guild to solve the shortfalls of the modern creator economy. We are moving away from algorithmic dependency and returning to the strongest asset human beings have ever possessed: Community.

    A Blueprint for Mastery

This episode is the formal launch of Sovren Creator Network. It is not another coaching program or social media course; it is a creators guild—a private collective designed for the pioneer, the first-born, and the individual building a legacy in uncharted territory.

In this launch manifesto, I explore:

    • A Return of the Private Club: Why we must reclaim the “crème de la crème” network through a curated, high-trust community that exists independently of social media platforms.
    • Emotional Intelligence vs. AI: Why the algorithm cannot see us as individuals, and how we use our natural emotional intelligence to bypass digital segregation and build the skills AI cannot replicate.
    • Scaffold of Transformation: How Sovren Collective and Sovren Studios provide the infrastructure for one-to-one strategy, live stream practice, and the architectural review of your presence.
    • Strategic Partnerships: My call for Ambassadors and Affiliates to champion a cause that goes beyond “brand deals” and into tangible, global trade and unrestricted commerce.
    • Practical Collaboration: Moving beyond “grow rooms” to real connection—using tools like Riverside and Discord to strategise, spotlight each other’s work, and develop case studies from our shared wins.

    An Invitation to the Builders

We are not just building a network; we are architecting a sanctuary for those who want to do what they love without being exploited by the platforms they use. Whether you are baking cakes, supporting others as a digital “Auntie”, or managing a global firm, this is the space to find your “People”—the ones who will be there when the electricity is turned off.

This is an invitation to the voices and visionaries ready to do the foundational work. If you are looking for a community focused on sustainable sovereignty rather than viral trends, this is your call.

Listen to the full launch manifesto below. For the definitive blueprint, the full transcript is available in the accordion section.Creator Network Guild. The build begins now. Join me.

    Lita (00:01)
Lita Goddess of Growth here, this is the space for a Sovren spotlight, the place for creators to come forward as part of a creators guild, my very own network Sovren Creator Network and within this space we will spend time creating and spotlighting one another.

For generations we have known community base is the strongest asset that we can have as human beings. Over the generations we have had many private clubs. There were times where there were clubs available for executives to meet and women were not permitted. We have had clubs to encourage

cultural connection, other clubs to encourage diversity. When we think about work, when we think about sovereignty, we know we are only as good as our connection. But somewhere along the line, life has happened and we have been encouraged to separate from each other.

For a period we’ve had governments trying to, they say, level the playing field. So many of us were encouraged to do degrees, get some kind of education, which was supposed to open doors. But what we find is networks, the closed ones, have continued to keep the creme for the creme de la creme. And those that have had different ideas

for careers have often been left behind. There’s a small percent that regardless of the circumstance, whether they have had education or not, that they have been able to force through and create paths all on their own. And we are in, as I’ve said before, in my Empowerment Diaries podcast.

We are in liminal space where we are changing careers, changing our vision, changing our understanding as to what work is. Sovren Spotlight is for the creator to come together with other creators as part of Sovren’s collective to share hints, tips, skills, experience. Together,

we will be creating the blueprint that will help us through this liminal space. It is all new. No one has come before us, but there are some things that we can learn from those that have come.

to, you know, before us now. It’s new. We have a lot of skills. We have a lot to learn. There are going to be things that we’ll try that won’t be successful, but we will understand that each failure, we are coming closer to success. We understand that our strength is in community.

So through Sovren Collective, we will be coming together to meet, to integrate, to network And whilst we’re meeting and we’re integrating and we’re networking, I am hoping the vision being across the world actually. We will then also have opportunities to promote each other, to not just network to spotlight each other’s developments, work.

creative and otherwise. Some of us need to have the support to have confidence to speak online, podcasting, live streaming. Others of us need to have a bit of feedback on how best to present whilst hosting group sessions on platforms like Google and so. Google meets and so.

However, it is that we choose to get the word out there for our creativity, our sovereignty. Sovren Spotlight is the place to come and strategise and share cases, stories, developments, trends, experiences, failures and successes. It’s a space and a platform for learning. The podcast here

is one that’s distributed and often one can find these on Patreon. They will also be distributed on major platforms Spotify, Amazon Music, Apple.

but there will be some private sessions available on Patreon and I will decide the best other way to distribute them which will only be for Sovren collective members.

I have chosen to have spaces for real connection rather than to do email lists. The idea is as people join Sovren Collective, we will be able to meet in spaces like this on a studio using Riverside and I have created space on Discord. There’s short sessions available if anyone wants to have a space for

brief conversation, I have a sanctuary on Discord for members and non-members. One of the main challenges when we try to grow is our connection and our community. So this is going to be a curated space for Sovren collective to meet, to get to know each other so that they can support each other.

on social media accounts and away from social media. The idea is no matter our journey, we are building our connections so that we can have those that can vouch for us in our presence and out of earshot. Social media was to be the connector, the driver to help us expand. However,

we find often we end up in segregated spaces, whether it be our class, our culture, our colour. And often we have to find our niche in such a way that we are able to then have the opportunity of separating ourselves and expanding our reach. But even then, the task is somewhat difficult as algorithms have not been trained

to see us as individuals, but rather as a collective. I am here to suggest and present the opportunity to build a collective of our very own with something that AI, the algorithm, doesn’t have, our own natural emotional intelligence and a commitment to build and create lives that match the sovereignty within.

Sovren Spotlight will have space for one-on-one session for those that want to take their career, their ideas further. And even with that, there will be the opportunity to continue to build the Network and strategy sessions on how best to progress as the creator, as a ⁓

business as an entity. Not everyone that joins Sovren Collective will have an interest in being in business for themselves. This is not about self-employment or even employment. This is about connecting to the true source within so that each and every one of us feels confident in creating the lives of mastery that we desire. Financial independence.

mental freedom, a lifestyle that we can feel comfortable in with all the changes going on around us. It’s all new. A lot of us are pioneers, first born, first in the country. All of us have gone through a great shift. The pandemic was just one marker. Life has changed greatly. Many of us will not see our pension.

life has changed. Many of us, even if we see our pension, have not earned enough to have a pension that we can live comfortably on. I think a lot of people who have gone into retirement recently, the feedback I have heard, had they known it would have been so meager an income, they would not have bothered retiring.

The system has been designed to keep us working and working forever. Not that I have an issue working till death actually. However, I do believe doing what we find joyful, doing what we feel as if we are here to do, gives us the energy so that we don’t actually see what we are doing as work. And I’m looking to connect with the collective that’s focused on doing more and more.

of what we enjoy. They say do what you love, the money will come right. And we are on the journey together to spotlight what it is we are working on and focusing on what we can do that brings us joy. And I understand from this journey that I have personally been on since 2022 when I first entered social media, almost everyday podcasting or

actually podcasting from this year but live streaming.

There’s a whole journey, there’s a whole process, there’s a lot of learning to be had, lots of mistakes to be made. And hopefully coming together, we can make the journey for others coming up shorter. We still need to go through the lessons, we still need to go through the experience of starting a live stream and finding no one there.

We still need to go through an experience of, I suppose, having content suppressed, finding followers and connections to help our accounts go live, whatever it is that we’re required to do to build awareness around ourselves, our personal brand. There’s some things that we just have to learn and do for ourselves. But Sovren Spotlight is the space where we will have

moments in time to support and encourage each other, to spotlight each other, to showcase each other’s work, to refer each other on to others. In this space, Sovren Collective also has the opportunity for ambassadors to come on board whether or not they choose to become a collective member. I would really like to

attract ambassadors that can see the guild, the creators guild I am placing and creating to manage the shortfalls in the creator economy. Seeking ambassadors that will champion the cause and connect with other creators that need that support, that need that community, need a space to thrash our ideas.

Practice. We will go into Sovren studios in a space like this doing face to face, practicing live streaming, scripting if necessary. I do a lot of free flow. I prefer it that way. But there are times there is a message I really want to get out. I may do bullets. I may do a script. This is not about teaching people

how to do or present their creative fashion and style. This is about encouraging each individual to tap into their way. Because what we’re looking to do is find that space, that sovereignty within that once AI comes, we’ll be able to tap into our natural gifting and still look after ourselves. Whether it’s cake baking, whether it’s

being an auntie online supporting others coming up, being a space where people can come in and talk so that you can listen. Whatever it is that you have as a skill set, I will be using practical tools, real business strategy, coming together and working through step by step how it is we can position ourselves, our brands, our businesses to

succeed in the now. Things are changing. It is for us to embrace rather than fear change. We can’t stop it. And whilst they are changing, the focus is on all those areas that we can control. We are in a position to control how we react to others. We are in a position to be present

in spaces where we can connect with each other. And to encourage the building of this Sovren collective, there is an affiliate programme for those that have been members for 90 days, those that can talk about their experience and how they have grown since joining, and they too will be able to promote the collective.

on to others in exchange for a level of commission. Ambassadors will be getting a 20 % commission and they don’t have to have anything to do with the collective, but they need to believe and champion the cause. And members will have the knowledge and the experience and case studies to showcase to those that they think would benefit from.

being part of the collective. The vision is to have many others come in and support groups of people in teams so that we are all better prepared when we go on platforms to understand we are not working for the platform. Somehow we have easily volunteered ourselves to go on platforms for free in a very exploitative fashion.

in the hope that we will get our brand deals and our connections. Meanwhile, the brands want people with genuine community, people that they can sell to, that they can connect with, that can refer them on. That is not built by focusing on trends and the moment and grow rooms and temporary connections. What we are seeking to build in Sovren Collective

and through Sovren Spotlight is a community that’s able to connect with us on our first line and connection and refer us on locally, nationally, internationally. Who’s your people? Your people are the ones that are still there when the electricity is turned off, when the social media goes down.

Sovren Spotlight will go through cases. I will be here presenting known figures that I come across and just exploring how it is that they are diversifying their careers to make sure their flow is continuous. There’s a lot of things that we can learn from people that have come before. The environment has changed though. So we can learn from those that have come.

but we are the people that’s creating for those that’s coming behind us. With the knowledge that there’s a lot of things that’s happening now that’s happening for the first time, five, 10, 20 years from now, we’re expecting a whole new environment to be ready for. What they have said is soft skills are needed.

And if you are someone that is a creator, you’re already using those soft skills to develop your brand and your career online, are you not? Burnout is happening because we’re doing a lot for trends. Temporary focus. I am not saying do not focus on trends. I am saying reserve some time now to start thinking about your legacy.

your sovereignty. Get the support now to build your community. The rich know the value of a Network and a community and society for one reason or other has broken a lot of them down. We have the world wide web. We have the ability to connect with each other across the web now, to learn from each other.

to sponsor each other, to motivate each other. Sovren Spotlight and the whole Sovren Creator Network, this guild I have put in place for us, those that want genuine connection and relations. We are going to be focused on getting those brand deals and those connections whilst we have the Sovren Collective in place. But…

Let’s not run before we can crawl. The focus now is launching Sovren Collective and showcasing some of our work through Sovren Spotlight, be it via podcast or clips on social media. This is Lita, Goddess of Growth I will also be live streaming where platforms permit and I am hoping

to meet members that will join Sovren Collective, that will come with me on a live stream and showcase what it is they do. Thank you for listening. This is Lita, Goddess of Growth, and I really do look forward to meeting you.

Sovren™ Creator Network Guild working with Creators to gain visibility away from the algorithm

    Visibility through Sovren™ Spotlight

Have you ever felt that social media platforms, designed for connection, have instead placed you in a solitary box? That your reach is at the mercy of an algorithm and your business is one “violation” away from vanishing? This isn’t just a frustration—it’s a systemic flaw in how we build our creative lives online.

Escaping the Algorithm: Why Sovren Creator Network Guild prioritises Real Connection over Viral Trends

The Illusion of Reach Many join social media platforms to connect and extend their reach, only to find themselves trapped in an algorithmic bubble. Unless you have the resources to pay your way out of that box, your visibility is often curated by a system that limits your growth. We gamble for viral moments and ‘follow-for-follow’ trends, hoping for a breakthrough whilst staying stuck in the matrix.

“Dependence on any platform is a risky way to do business. If we fall out of favour, there is no business.”

Building a Permanent Hub Sovren is a creator network designed to facilitate genuine connection and growth without the interference of an algorithm. Through Sovren Collective, we build for community; through Sovren Spotlight, we provide the engine to spotlight creators in a way that many algorithms do not permit. Sovren Creator Network Guildoffers members a space that encourages international dialogue, where members listen and talk to each other in real-time.

Whether your visibility is built on TikTok, Instagram or YouTube, real connections are those that happen when you switch off your gadgets. Sovren exists to provide a hub outside of social media that survives even if those platforms have a blackout.

The Strategy Behind the Strategy Successful growth requires more than just ‘showing up’. If you do not understand the season you are in, you could be putting immense energy into the wrong space. Sessions in Sovren Studios are about tapping into time, seasons and cycles.

Sovren Spotlight gives creators the opportunity to take forward their strategy developed in Sovren Studios and to talk about their story as a case study. This showcases the power of transformation and creator success, getting spotlighted in the community for doing so. By identifying your personal season, you build the foundation needed to embrace future opportunities for your story, your brand, and strategy for legacy building.

Are you tired of social media algorithms boxing you in? Discover how to break free and build genuine connections with Sovren, the creator network that transcends digital boundaries.

A Pivot Born of Necessity I made the final decision to walk away from TikTok in my role as Creator Network Manager of my very own Creator Network I established only months before, whilst in a partnership with TikTok, working independently of TikTok, after a post detailing how to join my network was wrongly flagged for a violation. Despite being cleared, the cryptic message and the threat of a permanent ban proved that these platforms are temporary. Someone in an office can end a career overnight based on a whim or a glitch.

Sovren is my response—a permanent space built on partnership and collaboration. We are coming together to work towards shared goals and mutual growth, leaving the algorithm at the back door.

In this foundational episode of Sovren Spotlight, I pull back the curtain on my journey from TikTok Creator Network Manager to the founder of something more permanent and human-centric. I share the pivotal moment—a baffling, unjustified platform violation—that cemented my resolve to build a space that operates on collaboration, not just algorithmic partnership.

Sovren is my answer. It’s a creator network built on the principle that real visibility springs from genuine community, not just viral moments. This is about moving beyond “follow-for-follow” to forge lasting, strategic alliances that thrive both online and off.

    In this conversation, I detail:

    • The core philosophy of Sovren: Why we need hubs that exist outside of social media to strategise effectively within them.
    • Quality over quantity: How a shift in focus from thousands of views to meaningful relationships is the true key to sustainable growth.
    • A rejection of temporary platforms: Building a permanent community that can withstand the rise and fall of any single app.
    • A direct invitation: How you can be part of shaping this collaborative network from the ground up.

If you’re a creator, entrepreneur, or anyone tired of gambling with algorithms for your livelihood, this is your call to a different way of working.

Listen to the full vision below. For a detailed record of our plans, the full transcript is available in the accordion section.

    Lita, Goddess Of Growth (00:00)
Hi there, Lita Goddess of Growth. So here’s a flavour of what Spotlight, Sovren Spotlight is all about. And let’s get real. Visibility. We join social media. There’s how many millions and billions of people on social media around the world right now? Surely we should be all connecting with each other, growing from cultural exchange. But…

We join platforms, we join platforms with algorithms and what tends to happen as much as we join to connect and extend our reach, we find that we end up in a bubble, a box sometimes, limiting our reach.

especially if we do not have the resources to attempt to pay to leave the box that we’re in. We attempt as we’re there to curate our connection. We think we have control. Some of us will go to grow rooms, set up community. Often as much as we say otherwise, ⁓

just a basic follow for follow trend.

and many succeed or should we say few many keep on going hoping almost like gambling for that hit that viral moment that breakthrough some

stay within the communities they build, some keep recreating themselves, their connections and plod on.

we hope whilst we’re in the matrix so to speak to have built or to build a community that we can rely on.

Many leave the platform and realise community is only a community if we’re really genuinely connecting with each other and that’s where Sovren comes into play. Sovren is my very own creator network

I say it’s a creator network, it’s here to work with anyone that wants to create. This is not about just supporting you to be on social media. We’re definitely coming together to do the old school kind of networking, but using the modern tools that are available to facilitate connection and growth.

without the algorithm. And it is my hope and desire that I will create a platform and a space that will encourage international connection, genuine connection, connection which will encourage us to listen to each other, to talk to each other, to connect with each other, at times being able to be physically present with each other, if at all possible.

without an algorithm tapping into our presence and maybe let’s say unintentionally blocking our reach.

We, I believe, as humans need to connect with others in real time.

We need to be able to hear each other in real time. Whether it be that we build visibility on TikTok or Instagram or YouTube, whatever those platforms be and are, however we connect, our real connections are those that happen when we switch off our phones and our gadgets.

Those are the ones that we tap into when social media has a blackout. Real connections. I understand having a dependence on any platform is a risky way to do business. If we fall out of favour, there is no business. Something isn’t right there, is it?

We’re looking at our cycles, we’re looking at where we are in life. Often we are seeded with an idea that we would like to start a business, provide a service, travel, whatever it is that we’re seeded with. But if we don’t know the season that we’re in, we could be putting a lot of energy in that wrong space.

So Sovren is about talking about tapping into the time, the season, the cycle and as you identify your personal season, guiding you, encouraging you to tap into that so that you’ve got enough strength, foundation to embrace the opportunity that you believe you’re working towards.

Sovren is about creating a hub where people can actually come together without worrying about what onlookers have to say because the importance is on the community, the connection is in the community, a hub that exists outside of social media that can come together to strategize to make being on social media okay, make being on social media be a

space where you have support and friendly faces you’re encouraged to progress and connect and grow online and offline in real terms. Sovren is my, as they say, brainchild and it is my intention that Sovren will be here beyond the trends, beyond the algorithm.

connecting people in the creative industries and beyond. There’s so many gaps and spaces on social media, platforms cannot fill human need of connection. And

Regardless of the grow rooms that we all go to on occasion, regardless of the communities that we attempt to build, eventually it comes to light that real community isn’t on social media at all. Social media is just the space to highlight, to spotlight what we’re doing.

And that’s where Sovren comes into place through the Empowerment Diaries podcast. I will be spotlighting the story of all those that join the network. There’ll be an opportunity to share stories, share details for services, products, ideas amongst the community.

We joined social media so that we had more opportunities to do well in our business and we joined social media to find that social media was blocking our connection, our way to connect with each other. Going viral, you may make money from doing so and you may get thousands and millions of followers. The question is…

how many of them you genuinely have a real human connection with other than their like and their message.

I was in a meeting once because I did a lot of, let’s not exaggerate, but I did the TikTok shop. I was in a group and I wasn’t making too many sales. I had made sales, but not too many. And I was a bit down without it. That’s, you know, a bit filled up with the situation.

and I read a post or a comment by someone that was in attendance that they had had thousands of views on their posts and zero sales and I was getting something like 200 views and making sales.

And it brought it home to me that actually my task was not to be on these platforms to get thousands of people to connect with me so I can showcase I have a lot of connections. No. It dawned on me. My focus is on building quality relationships in small number. Really working on building quality.

rather than quantity. The quantity will come because yes we do need to if you want to thrive in business more people need to know about it to be able to buy your service or your product right.

but quality, building real relationships, taking time out to do the one-to-one, the group sessions, hear each other’s voice, having opportunities, whether it be once a month, once a quarter, to come together and support each other, have communication, Q &As, and that’s what I’m here to present.

an opportunity for us to come together and do some old school networking and support each other to grow, leaving the algorithm at the back door. There is a value in having a hub that’s focused on building visibility individually and collectively.

understand this regardless of how successful these platforms are, they’re temporary. Often they give us opportunities that’s for a short period of time.

I’ve seen too many a story of successful, let’s say creators, getting a lot of views, going viral and so and overnight the algorithm doesn’t like something and before you know it, their views have gone down, the money that they used to make whilst they do live streams have gone down, like careers are ended overnight.

One of the things that helped me make my final decision to walk away from TikTok was I created a post which I still have a screenshot of detailing how people can apply to join my network. And in that post, I detailed clearly how they could join and if they didn’t want to join, what else they could do. And that post was initially given a violation mark.

and when I questioned the violation mark by the third time I had this email I’m really sorry apparently I was told I was permanently banned

I was like so shocked so but to be fair inside of me I was fine I was in disbelief let’s just say I’ve heard about people getting banned and so but I never experienced that experience until that point and for something that wasn’t a violation I knew ⁓

something wasn’t right and I had heard by this time quite a lot of people talking about themselves getting violations and bans and for not doing anything so I was actually going through this myself.

Anyhow, the ban was overturned. I never actually experienced the ban because I could still get into my account, et cetera. There was just like a warning on the screen, which I took a screenshot of. And eventually the person that supported me in removing the ban notice or the warning explained that they’re leaving the violation to remind me of…

I’ve got the screenshots, it was such a strange cryptic message. Basically as much as they removed the idea that there was going to be a ban, for which I actually didn’t get a formal notification, only an email, as much as they’d removed that, they were still keeping the violation on my account even though it wasn’t a violation. I was in disbelief. I’m not in disbelief now, I was in disbelief but I sat there and I thought, this isn’t for me.

So I had to, it was within a few hours of getting confirmation that it had been removed from my account that I then gave my notice.

taking screenshots of everything. And this is how careers are ended. We’ve got people going on social media hoping to make money. Maybe they’re in financial stress or strain or maybe they just want to create a new career. And then one day someone in an office somewhere on an algorithm decides actually this doesn’t quite suit what we want you to do at this time. So we’ll put a violation on it and actually

if you question it you’ll be banned.

Anyhow, such is life. I do believe when we go through these examples it’s life pivoting us to where we are supposed to be because had I not taken on the Creator Network opportunity I would not have actually got this far to decide I need to have my own space and platform to support creators, people in business, people that want visibility and here I am.

platforms are temporary, I am building something that’s permanent, permanent to the extent where if these platforms crashed we still have our network and community that we can tap into old school. In the meantime it’s all new and I am really keen to build suffering on partnership.

collaboration. There is a difference between partnership and collaboration. With TikTok it was a partnership and I was left to my devices to make the partnership work. Collaboration

is about us coming together to work towards shared goals and agreeing what we will do collaboratively. Coming together to make sure that we’ve got mutual growth. No silent partners, people actively coming together to grow.

I am looking for partnership with collaboration, people that understand that to progress effort is needed. It’s not just a case of showing up actually. This was the message that many told me in the early days of social media, just keep showing up, just go live and this opportunity, that opportunity will come. No, it doesn’t happen like that.

yes I was invited as a creator network manager, yes I did the TikTok shop, yes I did live streams and got to meet people and connect and yes all of that but the real pivot, the real strength, the real strategy is to have a strategy behind the strategy and then let go, let go, let go, let go.

Sovren is here and it’s all about tapping into the Sovren within.

and if this resonates with you, I’d love you to join me. You’ve been listening to Lita, goddess of growth. I am in the process of building my website. If you look up Lita, goddess of the growth, you should be able to find me on Google anyway. Sovren, I should be opening the doors to soon. I understand the season that I’m in is a season to build foundations. So I’m not expecting great attention

and growth immediately. I do need to do some better testing which means there will be some lower entry membership fees so that I can build the service exactly how it needs to be. Please do take the opportunity to come on board now and help me make this service one that we can all be proud of, one that we can all benefit from.

You’ve been listening to Lita, goddess of growth. I’m introducing you again to Sovren and this Sovren is the space that we will fill those needs that we were not able to fill on social media and it will start constructively by focusing first within.

We’re not asking you to show up as anything that you’re not. We’re asking you to come forward and tap into your own story and make your story the focus for your transformation, your growth and your moment to shine, to be visible. And…

to come full circle because as you’re visible when you’re then on social media it will be easier to connect with others who have had the opportunity to connect to your story and they would have had the opportunity to connect to your story because they’re not looking at little clip-its and snippets of a story. We’ll have a podcast where we can sit down and relax and truly get into some

level of depth behind the person that is on social media. You’ve been listening to Lita Goddess of Growth today. Do come in, do join me.
