• Income Guarantee: As a media house, we provide contracts that ensure clear guidelines and expectations. To ensure everyone is paid, we hold a deposit to cover a month’s income from works carried out. This acts as a guarantee for businesses investing in our ecosystem; conversely, if a Collective member fails to deliver, they will be removed from the Guild.

Membership Terms & Refund Policy

All participants must be members of our Guild to participate in any forms of mobility.

• The 14-Day Review: The first fourteen days of initial membership is each member’s opportunity to ensure they are content to remain within the ecosystem.
• Refunds: Within the first 14 days, refunds will be issued less the vetting and administrative fee of £250.
• Finality: Beyond the initial 14-day period, no refunds will be issued.
