Our “Value Back” programme is not a traditional referral scheme; it is a reward for Internal Advocacy. To ensure the integrity of the soil we build upon, we adhere to a strict progression path. Members must understand the ecosystem before they are permitted to expand it.

1. ΣOVREN™ Affiliate: Internal Advocacy (Value Back)

This pathway is reserved exclusively for our active members and is designed for those who wish to move from residency to stewardship.

  • 90-Day Residency Rule: Participation is strictly restricted to members of three months or more. You must understand the soil before you can invite others to build upon it. On day 91, qualified members may apply for Collective status.
  • Intensive Pathway: Those who have completed intensive courses or bespoke programmes facilitated via ΣOVREN Studios™ are invited to join the ΣOVREN Collective™ immediately upon completion.
  • Fluidity of Status: Members may move up to Collective status to participate in value-back activities and move back down to Guild-only status depending on their engagement levels.
  • Value-Back Dividend: Approved partners receive a 20% initial commission and a 10% residual dividend. This is a reward for bringing committed visionaries into our ecosystem.

ΣOVREN Collective™: Value Back & Professional Rewards

Access to the Value Back programme is a privilege earned after your 90-day Residency. On Day 91, you transition from a resident to a Steward of the Guild, unlocking the ability to fund your own upward mobility through advocacy and mentorship.

Your Value Back dividends are a reflection of your commitment to the ecosystem’s integrity.

  • Standard Advocacy: Refer 5 members to the Collective. Once they pass their 90-day residency, you earn £150/month in residual dividends—covering your own membership and generating profit.
  • Strategic Leadership: Combine advocacy with Micro-Community Mentorship. Active Leaders can offset their entire ΣOVREN Studios workshop costs through internal rewards.
  • The High-Ticket Bridge: As a vetted candidate for Contract Opportunities, a single livestreaming or quality-checking contract can exceed the value of a year’s membership dues.

The Integrity Rules (Code of Ethics)

  • The Mentorship Boundary: To maintain unbiased guidance, members cannot receive mentorship rewards for individuals they have personally referred to the Guild. Mentorship is about the health of the Collective, not the expansion of a personal line.
  • Active Status: You must be an active, paying Guild member to receive any Value Back dividends or participate in contract opportunities.
  • Contractual Vetting: Being on the “Vetted List” is a result of your Showcase Scorecard performance. It is earned through the quality of your work, not the length of your membership.

2. ΣOVREN™ Ambassador Alliance: External Authority

The Ambassador role is a prestigious, application-led pathway designed for established leaders and industry authorities.

  • The Gatekeeper Role: Ambassadors identify and direct high-level talent toward our infrastructure.
  • External Standing: Ambassadors focus on professional referral dividends and direct strategic alignment.
  • The Guild Connection: To ensure alignment with our protocols, Ambassadors must also be Guild members. However, they remain solely as Ambassadors and do not participate in internal “Value Back” activities.
  • Preferential Residency: After their first 90 days as a Guild member, Ambassadors may upgrade their membership at a fixed rate of £99 per month.

Participation is never expected; my priority remains your individual sovereignty. Your value here is always measured by your vision—never your ability to refer others. Entrance to all opportunities start by becoming a member of our Guild with an annual fee of £420.
