All content, blueprints, media, and brand identities within this network—including but not limited to the registered trademark Empowerment Diaries® and the trademarks Lita Goddess of Growth™, Sovren™, Sovren Creator Network Guild™, Sovren Spotlight™, Sovren Studios™, and Sovren Collective™—are the exclusive intellectual property of Lita Goddess of Growth (the personal brand of Carleta Barrett BA (Hon)DipHypCS).

2. Licensing to Lita Goddess of Growth Ltd

Lita Goddess of Growth Ltd is a media company granted a formal, non-exclusive license by Lita Goddess of Growth to manage, operate, and distribute these brands. The existence of the media company does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

3. Usage Restrictions for Members and Partners

Membership in the Sovren Creator Network Guild™ or engagement with Sovren Studios™ does not grant any right, title, or interest in the trademarks or copyrighted materials owned by Lita Goddess of Growth.

Prohibited Use: Users may not use, replicate, or modify any brand marks or strategic blueprints without express written consent from the IP owner.
Integrity of the Mark: Use of the registered mark Empowerment Diaries® is strictly reserved for the authorised transmissions of the owner.
